Then we would like to talk to you about working on tomorrow's challenges today. Fulcrum is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team of professionals as a Program Manager (PM). You will be responsible for Fulcrum’s CECOM RS3 program management as well representing Fulcrum on CECOM matters and manage Fulcrum personnel. Leads an integrated Program Management Office (PMO) of subject matter experts; recruiting, contracts and pricing professionals; Task Order(TO) PMs; and subcontractors. Coordinate and direct all activities under a Program(s). Interface with the respective Government Contracting Officer (CO),the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Formulate and enforce high work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Continuous adherence to working in partnership with the Government, other contract Organizations and all Customer Stakeholders. Additionally you will be responsible for Fulcrum’s CECOM Business Development(BD) and capture processes.
